Alice Jeanette DuBose Dunne
DUNNE, Alice Jeanette DuBose, 73, of Thonotosassa, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 12, 2010. A life-long resident, she graduated from Hillsborough High School in 1954 and retired from GTE after 31 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur C., Sr. and Vernice J. DuBose and her beloved husband, William E. Dunne. She is survived by three sons, Michael Brian (Christy) Dunne, Ocala, FL, Patrick Vincent (Dallas) Dunne, Thonotosassa, Steven Todd (Kristen) Dunne, Wesley Chapel; sister, Marie Singletary, Seffner; two brothers, Wilbur C. "Sonny" DuBose, Jr., Tampa and Ronald Michael DuBose, Brandon; 6 grandchildren, Sarah, Taylor, Kayla, Riley, Kaitlyn and Kendyl and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 18, 2010, at Sunset Memory Gardens, Thonotosassa. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Dr., Riverview.
