On December 16th 2024, while resting peacefully, after receiving the sacrament of the sick, James Vito Rinaldi Jr. of Riverview, Florida, chose to join his parents, James Vito Sr. and Bertha Rinaldi, sisters Dorothy Pieri and Angela Lodovici. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary Elaine Rinaldi, daughter Renee Rinaldi, son Paul & Janet Rinaldi, grandchildren; Mallory Lambert (Cory), Kyle Carter (Kim) Michelle Daly (Tristan), Dylan Carter (Itzel), Nicholas Rinaldi, JonPaul Rinaldi, Kati Landis, Aspen Long and Kaylee Long. James is blessed with 7 great-grandchildren ( Austin, Brandon, Bryson, Noah, Veronica, Roman and Lincoln. Originally from Dunmore, Pennsylvania, the Rinaldi's moved to the Northern Virginia area where James secured the job as Senior auditor for The General Accounting Office in Washington, D. C. James worked for GAO for 55 years until he retired. In addition to GAO, James taught Accounting at the University of Maryland simultaneously for 45 years. James blessed his family with much wisdom & knowledge & provided guidance when it was needed. All of this will be passed down through generations.
