Obituary for Irvin Johnson
Irvin Johnson, 97, of Brandon, passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. A native of Muskegon Heights, MI, he had resided here for 65 years coming from Michigan. He was a US Army WW II veteran and a member of Providence Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gertrude and is survived by his sons, James and Neil Johnson; daughters, Sharon Denton and Joann Wyatt; 9 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at Providence Baptist Church, Riverview, the family receiving friends one hour prior to services. Interment will follow, with military honors, at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens, Brandon. Those who wish may make donations to Providence Baptist Church Building Fund.
