VARGAS, Helen, 86, of Riverview, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2015. A native of New York City, NY, she had resided here since 1972 coming from Miami, FL and was a member of Resurrection Catholic Church, Riverview. She is survived by her sons, Frank and Richard Texeira; daughters, Regina Texeira-Vasquez and Ellen Vargas-Tano; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
