ALLEN, Gloria Rowell Carter 77, a lifelong Florida resident, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2011. Born May 20, 1934, in Sarasota, Fl, she was preceded in death by her husband, William K. Allen and is survived by her son, Wayne Carter (Marie); daughter, Colleen Carter; grandchildren, Michael Carter (Missy), Sevn Castillo; great grandchildren, Anthony and Kristi Carter and brother Robert Rowell (Sylvia).
Funeral Information
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2011, at 7:00 P.M. at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services. Family and friends will gather at Colleen's house after the service.
