SKILLIN, George Anthony (Tony), died suddenly on Saturday, August 14, 2010, at Brandon Hospital. Born in the London area of England on December 28, 1923, Tony left England shortly after WW II for Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and was employed by Westinghouse Company. He later emigrated to the United States and lived in Detroit, MI where he worked for the Ternstedt Division of General Motors as an Electrical Designer. Tony enjoyed being a Ham Radio Operator - his call sign was WD4CNI. Tony and his wife, Barbara, moved to Brandon in 1970, being anxious to escape the harsh winters of Michigan. He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara and three very special in-laws and their children in England.
