ROWLAND, Evelyn I., 80, of Seffner, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2012. A native of Cairo, GA, she had resided here most of her lifetime and was a Presbyterian and homemaker. She is survived by her sons, Allie Rowland and Jack Rowland, both of Dover, FL; brothers, A. B. Chastain, Jr., Englewood, FL and Lamar Chastain, Seffner, FL; sisters, Hazel Nobles, Indian Harbor Beach, FL, Edna Barker and Bettye Gibson, both of Seffner, FL; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
