PETERSON, Major Elwood E. "Pete" (U.S.A.F.-Retired), 82, of Sun City Center, passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; two daughters, Bette Mathis, Brandon and Shirley McLaughlin, TN; brother, Fred Peterson; two sisters, Betty Chamberlin and Lucy Newman, all of WA; three grandchildren, Angelique Shaw, Yvonne Washington-Williams and Serena McLaughlin and four great-grandchildren, Grace Williams, Emily Shaw, Aaron and Gloria Williams. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to LifePath Hospice, 12973 Telecom Parkway, Suite 100, Temple Terrace, FL 33637 or to the Sun City Center Emergency Squad, 101 Ray Watson Dr., Sun City Center, FL 33573.
