On the morning of April 27th, 2024, Ellen Mae Kosan took her final breath. She was 91 years old and lived an abundant life. She loved museums, camping, traveling, baking, gardening, and many crafts including sewing, knitting and crocheting. She was proud of her Greek heritage and traditions. Above all, though, she most enjoyed spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Michael, her sister, Dina and her grandsons, Jason and Shaun. Her memory will be carried on by her son, Michael, her daughter, Ellen, her grandchildren, Angela, Jonelle, Kimberly and Ryan, as well as her great-grandchildren, Caleb, Jayden, Emma, Ian, Jane, and Olivia. She will forever be remembered for her unconditional love, rare kindness, and avid storytelling. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Dr., Riverview, FL 33578. Family is welcome at 9:45 AM and friends are welcome at 10:30 AM. Service will begin at 11 AM.
