Obituary for Donna Jean Cook-Smith
Donna Jean Cook-Smith, 54, of Riverview, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021. A native of Columbus, MS, she had resided here for 3 years coming from Indiana. She is survived by her husband, Rick Smith; son, Trey Daniel Hooper; daughters, Natalee Hooper and Victoria Hooper; parents, Doug Cook and Sarah Prout; brothers, David and Matt Cook; step-brother, Stephen Cook and sister, Melissa Dolan. A Celebration of her life will be held 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at Southern Funeral Care, Riverview, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services. Another Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 A.M.Saturday, December 18, 2021, at Vibrant Church, 500 Holly Hills Road, Columbus, MS, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services.
