GAUTHIER, Donald S., 74, of Sun City Center, Fl, formerly of Chicopee, MA, passed away on Monday, November 3, 2008. He was a dedicated life-long fan of the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots and Boston Celtics. A graduate of Cathedral High School in 1953, he served in the Army and was stationed at Schofield Barracks in Oahu, Hawaii. He retired from the United States Postal Service after more than 30 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Mary and his brother, Richard. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, David J. and Lisa Gauthier, Riverview, Fl; daughter, Lynda M. Gauthier, Northampton, MA; brother, Robert Gauthier, Chicopee, MA and two grandchildren, Christopher and Elizabeth.
Funeral Information
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 A.M. Friday, November 7, 2008, at St. Stephen Catholic Church. The family will receive friends Friday morning from 9:00 until 10:00 A.M. at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Dr., Riverview. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fl. with military honors.
