PAYNE Sr., Donald M., 77, of Seffner, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2016. Donald was a lifetime resident of the Tampa area and a member of Landmark Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Gloria; sons, Donald Payne Jr., Luke Armstrong, and Daryl Armstrong; Daughters, Cathy Monville, Jennifer Watley, and Susan Gancedo; sisters, Laurie Winters, and Connie Pinkard; 16 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. A celebration of life service will be conducted 10 a.m. Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Landmark Baptist Church with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service. A reception will follow at the church and interment at Florida National Cemetery will be conducted at 2 p.m.
