Obituary for Devin Christopher Lordy
Devin Christopher Lordy, 30, of Riverview, left our world suddenly and totally unexpectedly, in late evening of June 18, 2019. He was at his home with his beautiful wife, and their beloved pets; Sara and Disney. A native of Mount Clemens, MI, he had resided here for 11 years coming from Detroit, MI. A graduate of UCF with a bachelors degree in Post Media and Television Production. Devin recently began working for Spectrum Entertainment continuing his passion for multi media editing, and producing. A brilliant creator of reality driven satire, Devin was still evolving and honing his craft. His mind saw his viewers faced with hard truths about society, while still giving all he was to have them entertained and laughing. It was his loving heart though that he had which poured endless for his family. A heart so big, and loyal, constantly considering the well being of his Hero, his Dad; happy to check his doting mother’s spirits daily; took time to consider his brothers “The Lordy Boys” whereabouts and happiness level, and always… always, like an endless wellspring of tenderness without pause, loved his best friend and true love, his wife, Bridget. She was his muse, she breathed an inspiration into his grand heart like oxygen feeds lungs. Those he left behind can never replace so priceless a soul. Their anguish made unbearable in the truth that Devin’s story was just beginning; He and Bridget still had so much of their fairytale story to live. There never existed a more loving Nephew, Brother, Son, or Husband. We will be missing you all of our remaining days, our sweet ‘Chevy.’ We will be loving you as much as our hearts can hold, always. Devin is survived by his wife, Bridget; parents, Donald and Jane Lordy; brothers, Brandon John Lordy and Kyler Donald Lordy and maternal grandmother, Pauline Moyer. Also, his Paternal Great Aunt Joanne, His Paternal Aunts Cathy and Lorraine. His Maternal Uncles Ed, Terry, and Dan; as well as so many loving cousins.
