
Obituary for Dennis "Big Dog" Molina
Dennis “Big Dog” Molina, 67 of Apollo Beach passed away on Thursday 4/21/2022. Dennis was preceded in death by his mother Hilda Somellan, Father Philip Molina, his dad Charlie Somellan, brother Larry Molina, and niece Christina Somellan. Dennis is survived by his wife Patricia Molina, daughters Ashlea Campos (Mike Campos), and Melissa Molina, Son David Molina. Grandkids Catherine Molina, David Molina, Cameron Babik, Hannah Molina, Dylan Campos, Aliya Campos , Devin Molina, Kiera Molina. Brothers Carlos Somellan, Richard Molina and Al Molina. Dennis has numerous nieces, nephews, sister and brother in laws. Dennis was a Tampa native, recently retired and was married to the love of his life, Patricia Molina for 43 years. If you knew Dennis for any amount of time, you know that he had a love for eating, singing karaoke and Elvis- one of his favorites. Sports was a big part of who Dennis was. He coached Southeast little league for 15 years and was like a father to many on the baseball field. Dennis was also a true Buccaneers fan but an even bigger Noles fanatic! Family was everything to Dennis. His loyalty and love ran deep for his family and he absolutely adored all of his grandkids. Dennis “Big Dog” will be missed greatly but all who knew and loved him take great comfort in knowing he is no longer suffering and is in heaven with his Savior and loved ones. His celebration of life will be held on Saturday May 14th 12:30pm at Riverstone Church (The Refuge Church) 12011 E Bay Road. Gibsonton, FL 33534. There will be food following the service.
