Dell Franklin Beck, 84, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2024. He was born on February 28, 1940, in Lenoir, North Carolina.
Dell was a fun, loving, and giving person. He was a member of Operating Engineers Local and enjoyed his dozer and drag line business, as well as owning and operating a used car lot. He found joy in buying and selling equipment and dealing with livestock. In his free time, Dell loved fresh water fishing and traveling.
Dell is survived by his wife, Anita Wheeler Beck, his sons Randy (Patti), Lee (Linda), and Michael, his sister Alene (Lewis), his sisters Carolyn Jones and Linda Watson, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Foy Franklin Beck sand mother, Gertie Dyson Beck, sister Alma Beck Periola, his brother Lloyd Glenn Beck, and his brother Stewart Morris Beck.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Seffner Cemetery. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Seffner Presbyterian Church, 1906 Lenna Ave, Seffner, Florida. A reception will follow at the church. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in his memory to Seffner Presbyterian Church.
