A native of Plant City and a life-long resident of the area, she is survived by her husband, Fred; daughters, Serina Konecny and Shelly Sampson; brothers, Tommy Waters and Butch Conway; sister, Marie Richardson; step-mother, Karen Waters; step-brother, Dustin Waters; step-sister, Kendra Harrell and grandchildren, Courtnee, Shasta, Jess David and Chevelle.

Memorial services will be held 6:00 P.M. Thursday, January 16, 2014, at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services.
