Connie L. Feeney
Connie L. Fowler Feeney, 78, passed peacefully on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Tampa General Hospital after an extended illness. She was born September 6, 1939 to the late David E. and Florence E. Martin Rhodes. Before moving to Florida, Connie lived in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, and New Castle, Pennsylvania. She retired after more than 20 years of service with Jameson Hospital in New Castle. Connie enjoyed spending time with her family, crafts, theater and reading. She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, William F. Feeney; her children, Cindy Orlowski (Ed) and John D. Fowler (Jean); grandchildren, Matthew Orlowski (Suzanne Shields), Jaime Bouton (Regis) and Brittany Fowler; great grandchildren, Tyler Stroia and Madelyn and Olivia Bouton; brothers, David (Cheryl) Rhodes and Randy (Barbara) Rhodes; sisters, Delores Shaftic and Janet Bogus. She is also survived by her extended family through marriage, children, Todd (Tracy) Feeney, Tim (Beth) Feeney, Jennifer Feeney and Liz (Mark) Reshel and grandchildren Ryan, Kevin, Ashley, Grace and Lauren. Preceding Connie in death are her parents; sister, Shirley Deli and brother Gene Rhodes.

A service celebrating her life will be held in her home town of New Castle, PA.
