Charles G. Kilcoyne "Chuck" of Tampa, FL, died peacefully on Saturday, October 29, 2022. He was born on December 6, 1948, to the late Mildred Lucille Hobbs and Charles Duward Kilcoyne in Louisville, KY. He had served in the United States Air Force at MacDill AFB. He worked at Stichter Riedel Blain Prostler from 1974-1987, then the United States Bankruptcy Court, as Middle District of Florida Deputy-in-Charge from 1987-2015, where he then retired. After retirement he volunteered for Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association Pro Bono Clinic and was a Chaplain for the American Legion. Chuck is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Deborah Kilcoyne; one child, Jeffrey Kilcoyne (Stephanie Polo) of Apollo Beach; along with two grandkids, Naia Kilcoyne and Cayman Kilcoyne; and sisters, Elaine Johnson (Doug Johnson), Donna Morrow, Suzette Ertel (Joe Ertel); along with many adored nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 5225 N Himes Ave, Tampa FL 33614, on Friday, November 11, 2022, at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Chapters Health System Hospice.
