Charles "Chuck" E. Reichert, Sr., 84, of Brandon, FL, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. A native of Guttenburg, NJ, he had resided here since 1978 coming from Levittown, PA. He was a member of Apostles Lutheran Church, Brandon; a member and Past Master at Brandon Masonic Lodge #114, F. & A.M.; Tampa Scottish Rite and York Rite; Egypt Temple Shrine; Brandon Shrine Club; F.O.P. and was retired from the U.S. Navy and the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. He is survived by his wife, Edna; son, Charles E. Reichert, Jr.; daughters, Charlayne Lynn Penrose and Cynthia Roberts; brother, Gerald Paul Reichert; sister, Carole Beckmann; 5 grandchildren and one great-grandson. A Celebration of Life service will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday, October 20, 2022, at Apostles Lutheran Church, 200 Kingsway Rd., Brandon, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services. Rev. Luke Delasin, Pastor, will be officiating with Brandon Masonic Lodge conducting Masonic Services. A reception will follow at the church. Interment will be at 2:00 P.M. at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL with Military Honors. Those who wish, may make donations to Shriner's Hospitals for Children.
