NEELY, Cecil, 84, of Brandon, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2017. A native of Sparta, TN, he had resided here since 1977 coming from Fort Meade, MD, where he retired from the U.S. Air Force after 26 years. He is survived by his wife, Lucille; sons, Daryl, Jeffrey and Gregory Neely; daughter, Vicki Baglama; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday, November 9, 2017, at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview. Inurnment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL, with full military honors.
