Obituary for Carrie Eunice Stubbs
Carrie Eunice Stubbs
STUBBS, Carrie Eunice, 71, of Tampa, was called home on Thursday, June 25, 2014. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Raymond D. Stubbs, she is survived by her daughters, Diane (Michael) Hurst and Dottie (Tim) Hendricks; son, Ray (Kim) Stubbs, Jr.; grandchildren, Jennifer (Jamey) Bernardo, Kim (James) Pullen, Adam (Krystal) Hendricks, Josh Hendricks, Cassidy Stubbs and Colton Stubbs; great-grandchildren, Sydney Pullen, Aliyah Hendricks, Lilianna and Lucianna Bernardo and Jacob Mascunana; sister, Bertha (Junior) Stubbs. Carrie, Eunice or Nanny to some, was the matriarch of our family and represented everything that is good in life and showed each and every one of her family what true love is and what it really means to be a family in every sense of the word. There will never be a bigger hole left than the one that was created by her passing. But, as her family, we all know that she is finally home and sitting on the porch with Dad (Raymond) smiling and enjoying her flowers.
Funeral Information
A Celebration of her life will be 4:00 P.M. Saturday, June 28, 2014, at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services.
