CUTTER, Carol F., 71, of Lakeland, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2009. She is survived by her husband, Jim; 2 sons, Irving and Alfred Higgins; 5 daughters, Carol Ann Chirinos, Debbie Garrison, Linda Olvera, Donna Sanchez and Monnalee Montiel; step-daughter, Tinamarie Harrington; brother, Ronald Daly; sister, Kathleen Vasquez; 22 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Sunday, February 15, 2009, at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Dr., Riverview. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Those who wish may make donations to her husband, Jim.
