SPARKS, Carlene Lowrey, 86, residing near Oviedo, FL, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, June 22, 2013, with her loving family at her bedside. Carlene was a loving wife and mother and devout Christian. Her biggest aspiration in life was to love her family. She led an exciting life alongside her husband, who formerly was the Executive Director of the Mid-South Fair in Memphis, TN, the Florida State Fair in Tampa, FL, and the Georgia National Fair in Perry, GA. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, T. Wilson Sparks, her son Don Sparks and wife Elaine Sparks (of Memphis, TN), her daughter Tina McFarland and husband Donnie McFarland (of Oviedo, FL). She also leaves behind 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren that think she hung the moon!!
Funeral Information
Friends and family are invited to attend her Celebration of Life service on Saturday, July 13, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. at WaterStone Fellowship, 1925 West CR 419, Chuluota, Florida, 32766. She will be inurned at a private family ceremony at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
