Billy Joseph Ward, 43, of Valrico, Florida, passed peacefully into the arms of his Lord and Savior on December 11, 2024. Born on February 8, 1981, in Peoria, Illinois, Billy was the beloved son of Sandra (Montgomery) Clements and the late Billy F. Ward, and the cherished stepson of John Clements.

Billy’s life was a testament to love, faith, and devotion to family. He is survived by his mother, Sandra Clements, his stepfather, John Clements, his sister Amanda Ward, his brother Brandon Bell, and his adored niece and nephews, Kaitlynn Clements, Nolan Cox, and Jonathan Paris. Billy’s extended family included countless loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who were blessed by his unwavering kindness and warmth.

A devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend, Billy was a man of integrity and deep faith. Family was the cornerstone of his life, and his enduring love and support will forever be felt by those he held dear. His passing leaves an irreplaceable void in the hearts of his loved ones, but his legacy of compassion and selflessness lives on.

Billy was a beacon of sweetness and humility, touching every life he encountered with his genuine spirit. Even while courageously battling cancer in recent years, Billy grew closer to God, exemplifying grace, resilience, and wisdom. He shared his faith not only in words but in actions, inspiring others through his gentle yet powerful example.

Preceded in death by his father, Billy F. Ward, and his paternal and maternal grandparents, Billy leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and cherished memories that will endure in the hearts of all who knew him.

Billy’s impact was profound, and his presence will be deeply missed. May his soul find eternal peace in the embrace of his Savior.

1 Thessalonians 4:18 - Wherefore comfort one another with these words

John 14:1-6 - Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. 2 My Father's house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. 4 You know the way to the place where I am going. 5 Thomas said to him, "Lord, we don't know where you are going, so how can we know the way?" 6 Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
