MAYO, Arnold A., 89, of Riverview, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017. He worked for American Freight and later worked for the family business Universal Fire Systems for the past 25 years. Arnold served proudly in the United States Air Force and the United States Army; he was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Brandon. Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Brenda; sons, Albert (Glenda) Mayo, Darrell (Theresa) Mayo, Sean (Wendi) Parris, and Neal (Jequita) Gilbert; daughters, Rhonda Rockwell, and Heidi (Ray) Truitt; 15 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. A celebration of his life will be celebrated on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at the First Baptist Church of Brandon at 1 p.m. with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens with Military Honors.
