MOUNCE, Andrew Lafon, 53, of Tampa, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2017. A native of Bowling Green, Kentucky, he had resided here for 31 years coming from Somerset, KY. He was a claims adjuster and worked for USAA for 21 years. A graduate of Centre College, member of the SAE fraternity and a lifelong Kentucky fan, he was a loving husband and father, a member of Nativity Catholic Church, Brandon, Dad's Club at Academy of Holy Names and Jesuit, a Boy Scout Troop Leader and loved camping and travelling with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andy and Joan Mounce and brother-in-law, Michael Stark. He is survived by his wife, Kellie; sons, Michael and Joshua Mounce; daughters, Rachel, Rebekah and Sarah Mounce; sister, Joan (Kenny) Isaacs; In-laws, Ronald and Ruth Stark; brother-in-law, Craig (Karen) Stark and sister-in-law, Renee (Rick) Barnett.
Funeral Information
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 A.M. Saturday, August 19, 2017, at Nativity Catholic Church, Brandon, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the Mass. A reception will follow in the social hall.
