Albert Nicholas Bevis lll of Plant City, went home to be with the Lord on November 27th, 2023. He was born on April 1st, 1939, in Tampa, FL and lived in the Brandon area his entire life. He is survived by his wife Linda, his daughter, Michelle, her husband Michael and their children, Shelby and Quinn. His son, Jeff Meyer, daughter, Jackie Meyer, and granddaughters, Tiffini and Candice, great-granddaughters, Kathy and Felicity. He is also survived by many stepchildren, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He graduated from Brandon High School in 1956 and joined the Navy directly afterwards. Al was an entrepreneur. After returning to the Brandon area, he specialized in the flooring trade. In his earlier years he loved to dance. You could always find him cooking with a big smile and hugs for everyone who came for Christmas and birthdays. Holidays were always important to Al. He sincerely loved his dogs, especially “Buddy” who he enjoyed having his coffee with on the back porch watching the birds that he fed every morning. Al came to know Jesus as a teen and was a member of Countryside Baptist Church. He was a good man with a big heart. He will be truly missed. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 9th at 11:00am at Countryside Baptist Church in Dover, FL.
