A native of Tampa, Roy was a member of the Limona Village Chapel, United Methodist Church, Brandon; Past Master of Brandon Masonic Lodge #114, F. & A.M.; Past President of the Fraternal Order of Police #27; Past President and District 8 Director of High Twelve Club; Past Patron of Order of the Eastern Star, Linsley Ch. #152, Brandon; Past President of the Ybor Optimist Club, Tampa and a US Army WW II Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Ruth; son and daughter-in-law, Raul H. "Roy" Riveiro, Jr. and Paula, Plant City, FL; 2 daughters, Esther Campisi, Brandon, FL and Nancy Messer, Jacksonville, FL; sister, Delia Fuente, Tampa, FL; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral InformationFuneral services will be conducted 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 13, 2010, at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview, FL, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services.
